Available in a range of working table sizes-from 600mm x 400mm to 1300mm x 900mm, and up to 1300mm x 2500mm-our acrylic laser cutters are versatile enough to handle a wide variety of acrylic applications, including signs, furniture, crafts, lightboxes, and even medical instruments. With high cutting precision and fast cutting speeds, these machines significantly boost acrylic processing productivity.
For home use, hobbies, or beginners, the F-1390 is an excellent choice. Its compact size combined with impressive cutting and engraving capabilities makes it ideal for smaller projects.
For industrial use and mass production, the F-1325 is more suited, offering higher cutting speeds and a larger working area to meet the demands of large-scale operations.

Using a suitable working table like a knife strip working table or pin working table can reduce contact with acrylic, avoiding the back reflection to acrylic. That is important to prevent burn marks. Besides, turning down the air blowing while laser cutting acrylic, can keep the cutting edge clean and smooth. Laser parameters can affect the cutting effect, so making a test before real cutting and comparing the cutting result to find the most appropriate setting is best.
2. Can laser cutter engrave on acrylic?
Yes, laser cutters are highly capable of engraving on acrylic. By adjusting the laser power, speed, and frequency, the laser cutter can realize laser engraving and laser cutting in one pass. 5. Acrylic Cutting & Engraving: CNC VS. Laser?
CNC routers use a rotating cutting tool to physically remove material, suitable for thicker acrylic (up to 50mm) but often require polishing.
Laser cutters use a laser beam to melt or vaporize the material, offering higher precision and cleaner edges without the need for polishing, best for thinner acrylic (up to 20-25mm).
About the cutting effect, due to the fine laser beam of laser cutter, the acrylic cutting is more precise and clean than cnc router cutting.
For cutting speed, the CNC router is faster than laser cutter in cutting acrylic. But for engraving acrylic, laser is superior to CNC router.
6. Can you laser cut oversized acrylic signage?
Yes, you can laser cut oversized acrylic signage using a laser cutter, but it depends on the machine's bed size. Our small laser cutters feature pass-through capabilities, allowing you to work with larger materials beyond the bed size. And for wider and longer acrylic sheets, we have the large format laser cutting machine with 1300mm * 2500mm working area, that is easy to handle large acrylic signage.
